Terms and Conditions for Accreditation Passes

This accreditation pass is strictly personal, non-transferable, and issued solely for the use of the individual named on the pass. It must be displayed at all times while on the premises of a Northern Super League (NSL) match. The pass is intended to identify and authorize the holder’s access to designated areas within the stadium, ensuring the safety, security, and effective management of personnel during NSL matches and associated events. This accreditation does not entitle the holder, or any other individual to a reserved seat, unless otherwise specified.

Unauthorized use of this pass, including but not limited to: transferring or sharing the pass with others, duplicating the pass, sharing photos of the pass in public areas such as social media, accessing restricted areas beyond the designated access zones, requesting autographs from players or coaches, taking photographs with players or coaches, or engaging in any unprofessional or disruptive behavior, may result in the immediate confiscation of the pass and the removal of the holder from the stadium or training facility.

By accepting and utilizing this accreditation pass, the holder acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with personal injury, property damage, or other hazards arising from their presence at any NSL match or event. The holder further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the NSL, its member clubs, agents, and employees from any and all liability, loss, damage, or expense arising from or related to their presence at the stadium or any associated venue.

The NSL reserves the right to revoke this pass at any time, without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to maintain the integrity of the event and ensure the safety of all participants and attendees.

In the event that this pass is lost or found, please bring this pass to guest services or stadium equivalent. If you are not near a stadium when it is found, please contact media @ nsl.ca.
